We get your package ready as soon as your order is processed. We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping. Rates are dependent on weight and total shipping costs can be seen at checkout. Our warehouse is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

UPS 2nd Day Air (Guaranteed 2 Business Days)

Your order will be delivered by the end of the 2nd business day after it is processed. For example, if you order on Monday before 3pm, your order will be delivered by end of day on Wednesday. This option is guaranteed to arrive by the end of the second business day after shipment.

  1. For weaves, braids: Item(s) must be in new condition - unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with original package binding and tags. Basically, if you don't remove the product from its original packaging in any way and wear it, you should be fine!
  2. Beauty care products and other general merchandises: As long as item(s) is in new condition - unused, un opened and sealed with original sealer from the manufacturer. 
  3. Defective item(s): We will gladly help you to properly compensated for defective item(s) from manufacturers or wholesalers. Our customer service team will assist you through the process and a refund may be issued if the item(s) meets the term and conditions of manufacturers or wholesalers. Please contact us for more information.
  4. Item(s) cannot be opened or used in any way.
  5. Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after your order has shipped.
  6. Returns and exchanges are applicable for continental U.S. orders only. Excludes all international orders and Hawaii/Alaska.

    How do I earn loyalty points?

    Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online store and in-store. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including completing your profile. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.  

    *All discounts will be applied on subtotal (before tax amount). Your total must be exceeded discount amount to be applied on the transaction.

     

    How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?

    You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking floating icon on the right-bottom on our website. You can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.

     

    How do I use my rewards?

    When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order (Online). If you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the register.
