How long does it take for your order to arrive?
We get your package ready as soon as your order is processed. We offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping. Rates are dependent on weight and total shipping costs can be seen at checkout. Our warehouse is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Available Shipping Options:
Your order usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered. The further you are located from us, the longer it will take to arrive. This option is not guaranteed to arrive by the estimated date.
UPS 2nd Day Air (Guaranteed 2 Business Days)
Your order will be delivered by the end of the 2nd business day after it is processed. For example, if you order on Monday before 3pm, your order will be delivered by end of day on Wednesday. This option is guaranteed to arrive by the end of the second business day after shipment.
NEW Hyperflyer Same-Day Instant Delivery
We offer same-day delivery option for Charlotte NC and near area customers. The shipping rate will be calculated at check out and depend on how further you are located from our warehouse. Estimated usual processing time for same-day delivery is 2 to 3 hours after the order is placed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the products meet conditions below.
We make returns and exchanges easy through prepaid return labels, which you can use to send your package back to us.
Your return or exchange item must meet the conditions below.
- For weaves, braids: Item(s) must be in new condition - unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with original package binding and tags. Basically, if you don't remove the product from its original packaging in any way and wear it, you should be fine!
- Beauty care products and other general merchandises: As long as item(s) is in new condition - unused, un opened and sealed with original sealer from the manufacturer.
- Defective item(s): We will gladly help you to properly compensated for defective item(s) from manufacturers or wholesalers. Our customer service team will assist you through the process and a refund may be issued if the item(s) meets the term and conditions of manufacturers or wholesalers. Please contact us for more information.
- Item(s) cannot be opened or used in any way.
- Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after your order has shipped.
- Returns and exchanges are applicable for continental U.S. orders only. Excludes all international orders and Hawaii/Alaska.
