We get your package ready as soon as your order is processed. We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping. Rates are dependent on weight and total shipping costs can be seen at checkout. Our warehouse is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Your order will be delivered by the end of the 2nd business day after it is processed. For example, if you order on Monday before 3pm, your order will be delivered by end of day on Wednesday. This option is guaranteed to arrive by the end of the second business day after shipment.

1. For weaves, braids: Item(s) must be in new condition - unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with original package binding and tags. Basically, if you don't remove the product from its original packaging in any way and wear it, you should be fine!
2. Beauty care products and other general merchandises: As long as item(s) is in new condition - unused, un opened and sealed with original sealer from the manufacturer. 
3. Defective item(s): We will gladly help you to properly compensated for defective item(s) from manufacturers or wholesalers. Our customer service team will assist you through the process and a refund may be issued if the item(s) meets the term and conditions of manufacturers or wholesalers. 4. Item(s) cannot be opened or used in any way.
5. Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after your order has shipped.
