How long does it take for your order to arrive?
We get your package ready as soon as your order is processed. We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping. Rates are dependent on weight and total shipping costs can be seen at checkout. Our warehouse is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
SHIPPING RATES:
USPS Priority Mail ( Estimated 2-3 Business Days)
Your order usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered. The further you are located from us, the longer it will take to arrive. This option is not guaranteed to arrive by the estimated date.
UPS 2nd Day Air (Guaranteed 2 Business Days)
Your order will be delivered by the end of the 2nd business day after it is processed. For example, if you order on Monday before 3pm, your order will be delivered by end of day on Wednesday. This option is guaranteed to arrive by the end of the second business day after shipment.
* All orders over $100 are required to have a signature upon delivery.
How can I get free shipping?
You can receive free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping! Please follow the steps below to make an international order.
(1) You provide us the following information so we can estimate shipping for your order.
- Item(s), quantity, color (if applicable)
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number
(2) We work with our shipping carriers to send you several options for shipping.
(3) You choose the option that is best for you.
(4) We'll send you an invoice to your email and you can checkout through the provided link.
(5) There may be additional taxes/duties upon delivery.
What is our return and exchange policy?
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We make returns and exchanges easy through prepaid return labels, which you can use to send your package back to us. UPS 2nd Day Air or overnight shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Your return or exchange item must meet the conditions below.
- For hair extensions and wigs: Item(s) must be in new condition – unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with original package binding and tags. Basically, if you don't remove the product from its original packaging in any way and wear it, you should be fine!
- Item(s) cannot be opened or used in any way.
- Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after your order has shipped.
- Returns and exchanges are applicable for continental U.S. orders only. Excludes all international orders and Hawaii/Alaska.
