Requirements for Refund and Exchange

Hairpieces (weaves)

   1. Item(s) must be in new condition - unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with original package binding and tags.

   2. Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your original order.

      If your wig or hairpiece is ineligible for refund or exchange, we can provide the following options:

         1. Return item(s) to you. (slash return shipping cost as goodwill)
         2. Donate item(s) to American Cancer Society
         (Can provide proof of donation to customers)

      If customer does not respond to our inquiry or choose an option within 30 days, we will donate the wig or hairpiece to charity.

Any personal information we gather will only be used to execute and fulfill your order - this includes sending you electronic communications related to your purchase.
