Curl Type

Have you recently transitioned or BC’d (big chopped) and still not sure of your curl pattern?

No worries, I know it’s frustrating but you aren’t alone. Really. Every woman or girl who has taken the leap to go natural has had this issue. Honestly, I know some who have been natural for 3 years plus and still are very unsure about their curl type.

Charts like this can be found online, but I thought I would provide you one without the work of searching for it yourself. Now there are at least 4 different curl types that are well known, but don’t be alarmed if you notice yours isn’t listed. Most women have at least 2 different curl types and I personally have about 3 (possibly 4 depending on the day).
